REFUND POLICY FOR Fundi Shop.COM

Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at Fundi Shop,com operated by Fundi Shop (PTY) LTD.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

 

Return Eligibility Requirements 

 Undergarments and lingerie are eligible for a return due to hygiene reasons, for all other items eligible for return please see below exceptions & rules:

  • · Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
  • · Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • · If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
  • · Any items shipped back without their original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined based on the original price of the item 
  • · Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • · Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:
    • o Undergarments, lingerie, swimwear and Jewelry
    • o Any items marked for sale at the time of purchase
    • o Gift cards
    • o Please note: Items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order.

How To Make A Return 

  • · Return for an exchange:
    • o We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s) in their original packaging.

 

  • · Return for a refund:
    • o Must be postmarked within 14 days of the original order date.
    • o Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the wrong item has been shipped to the buyer. If using a label provided through our return portal, the customer agrees to have the cost of the shipping withheld from their refund.
    • o Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment. If an order is placed using a gift card to pay partially or fully, please note that the refund will go back on to your gift card first.
  • · How to send a return:
    • o Send back the return yourself, using whichever shipping method you prefer (address provided below) -or-
  • · When mailing a return:
    • o Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
    • o Please provide either the original receipt or alternatively include a piece of paper with your full details including contact details and order number in the package.

  • · Returns are processed within 5- 7 business days of receipt and you will be notified by e-mail once we receive and process your return!
